About
About Me
I am a marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with couples, as well as individuals struggling with codependency, adult children of alcoholics (ACOA) issues, relationship challenges, gender/sexuality issues, and trauma. The foundation of my therapeutic approach is Internal Family Systems therapy, but I also draw heavily from Narrative Therapy and the Gottman Method in my work.
I am committed to maintaining a liberation-focused and anti-oppression stance in my work, and welcome clients of all racial identities, ethnicities, sexual orientations, genders, relationship orientations, neurotypes, and physical or intellectual abilities. I also strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients can feel safe to express and challenge themselves. I believe that laughter is an important part of healing, and that therapy can be joyful and liberating as well as emotional and challenging.
When I’m not seeing clients, I like to embroider, bake, listen to podcasts, explore Philadelphia, play video games and TTRPGs, and hang out with my cat, Noodle.
